Administrative Assistant Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel,) Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Collate and distribute mail Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping Excellent verbal and written communication skills Marketing skills a plus Posting on social media, and updating the website is a large part of this job.
Ability to effectively interact with customers Ability to maintain confidentiality Updating and reviewing customer's contracts QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required.
Various other assignments as needed Previous successful experience in an office environment Workday:
